Business Manager  (Posted 11/19/2019)

 

The Business Manager is responsible for and/or will be cross-trained for all agency accounting functions including; but not limited to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and Maine care billing. The Business Manager works collaboratively with the Accounting Manager and other staff in the Corporate Offices.

 

EDUCATION: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position with 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, non-profit record keeping, financial report preparation as well as a demonstrated working knowledge of 501c3 financial requirements..

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be self-directed, able to maintain confidentiality, and be comfortable interacting with wide variety of people. He/she will also have demonstrated sound judgement, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task plus computer proficiency and experience with payroll systems.

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, non-exempt positon. The hours are generally from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday.
