Amicus is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to assist men and women with different abilities. This successful candidate for this position will work mainly in the Home Support section of Community Life.  Home Support Program Assistants work closely with participants to provide supports for their personal growth and development based on their individual goals and objectives with the goal of becoming more independent and healthy while living a fulfilling life.  Work may include occasional weekend and evening hours. 


Requirements:  High school diploma or GED; ability to follow Person Centered Plans and document/authro accurate notes; a clean driving record; willingness to drive a 12-person van; dependable transportation. DSP preferred, but will train.


Schedule: This is a 40 hour full-time position with full benefits.  Hours may include occasional weekend and evening hours.  


Benefits: Full-time: Employees working 35 hours per week or more are considered full-time and are eligible for an excellent benefits package that includes: 100% company-paid medical, dental, short-term/long-term disability, and life insurances; eye care discount; vacation, sick and holidays; tuition reimbursement (two approved courses per year up to $500 per course); 401k option.
